Lina in Desert Quicksand24 by Sir-Raymond2k3 Lina in Desert Quicksand24 by Sir-Raymond2k3
Now she had realized, that her attempts only shorten her livetime.
But in a few minutes she would be already merged with the quicksand anyway.

That infernal inferno blanket snuggling hard and high up around the lady's neck...  water-bug's perceptions on the mire's suck/hug lines and Lina's hair are right there!  The complexity of her torsion left and torsion right are wonderfully and economically rendered!  The desert appears immutable and huge in saying how futile her little struggles are.

NICE!  You can see it in her eyes that she's toast!

You captured the moment of defeat MOST BRILLIANTLY in this drawning!  All this time we saw Lina going from one emotion to another...  surprise, frustration and annoyance, determination, sensualy seducted, determined once again to get free, doubt, concern, determination yet again, and now this...  you've written it all over her face in magnificent fashion...  THIS ISN'T GOOD!

Again, love the curved lines in the mire all about her to depict her futile struggles that are now coming to an end.  Love the way you have her hair spreading across the quicksand.  This ties the whole series so nicely!

Thanks for sharing!
