The swallowing hole

Actually this was an outtake frame of my comic Fear&Pleasure. After a closer look since a long time i think it looks better than i thought since back then.
I've decided to make a little crayon artwork out of it.

When ever Lina see a pit of mud or quicksand, she just can't resist to jump into it. But here it only needed one step to get badly trapped.
She wasn't able to escape when she was just up to her ankles in it. With every movement she made, the hole becomes bigger and bigger,
like a hungry mouth which wants to eat a snack. She laid with her upper body on the soil, clawed with her fingers into the ground and pulled
like hell, but it was useless She was sinking deeper and deeper in any second.
It was quicksand, DRY quicksand, which is just saturated a bit with rain water.
